Setup

• Install GitKraken
• Navigate to GitKraken AI in preferences
• Make sure you have enabled “Enable GitKraken AI” and “Use your own API Key to make AI requests”
• Select <Custom URL> in the Provider select
• Fill up API Endpoint URL with https://api.mammouth.ai/v1
• Configure the Max Input Tokens desired to limit your usage by request
• Get your Mammouth API key from mammouth.ai/app/account/settings/api
• Enter the API key in the Provider API Key field

• Select the desired model for each GitKraken AI’s features
  • Commit Message Generation
  • Explain Commits
  • Stash Message Generation
  • Pull Request
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Commit Composer
• You can even add some custom instructions for each feature

Usage

You can now use GitKraken AI features using your Mammouth API Key !
